We carry out the processing of reinforced concrete and concrete with excavators equipped with hydraulic shears or a hydraulic hammer. In this way, we recycle concrete and reinforced concrete pieces larger than 40x40x50 cm. In the course of processing, we also separate rebar from concrete. After completing these preparatory works, further processing is carried out by means of the crusher Extec C12. The performance of the crushing plant for debris is 35-50 m3/hour (depending on the material crushed and the intensity of the transportation of debris and crushed stone removal). This process can also involve a screening plant that provides screening of the crushed material by fraction size desired by the customer.
We are able to provide this service both at our site for debris processing and at the customer’s site. For faster execution of work, we can provide a work schedule in shifts.
